It was a direct fit replacement. Only took a couple of minutes to disassemble and replace. In fact the most time was spent removing the damaged cork screw from my Estate bottle opener. Once that was removed the new auger went in easily followed by reassembly of the unit. My unit had the wire cork screw originally, but the new style of auger fits just fine and works well.
Now I just need to coach my female guests on the proper usage of the opener! Just pull the lever from 9 O'clock to 3 O'clock. That's it!

I have owned my Estate opener for 20+ years and it is still going strong. Have given them as gifts to family and friends. The only part that has ever needed replacement is the slug which is simple and quick thing to do. Cannot thank IWA for adding Rogar to their inventory.

Not to happy with your service. Tried 3 times to talk to someone about my problem with my Rogar Wine Opener and no one would ever return my calls. Did receive an email telling t to figure out what parts I need and order them. Ordered the augar and worm replacement parts and this did not solve the problem. Still don't know what I need.
