the glass shattered

The video led me to believe that these glasses are nearly indestructible. Not so, sad to say. An errant elbow sent one flying from the kitchen counter to the hardwood floor. The glass shattered into many large and small pieces. I just checked the warranty and believe it not worth the time to make a claim. We have five left, and they are nice glasses, so we are sorry that this one broke.

Ultima Burgundy Wine Glasses

Ordered the burgundy glasses to have a larger bowl and wider opening for wine to really open up. Used 2 times since receiving and pleased with my objective for these new glasses. They are definitely 4 stars at this time but once we use them a few times believe my objective will be realized. Certainly like the durability and guarantee but really my interest was the size of these wine glasses.

We got these glasses to prevent loss through breakage. A 10 year warranty is impressive. Not clear how to start the warranty though. So far, so good.
