The Ultima Warranty provides coverage for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. The Ultima Warranty only covers damage, including breakage, to the glassware caused by a defect in the manufacturing of the glassware during normal use. Activities that do not include normal use include but are not limited to: subjecting the glassware to high or extreme temperatures, pressure, or impact. The Ultima Warranty does not cover damage caused by any other means, including but not limited to damage caused by intentional breakage or intentional or negligent acts of third parties. Warranty coverage does not apply to glassware used by commercial establishments. If the original glass is discontinued, then we will replace the glass with an Ultima glass of equivalent or greater value. In the event Purchaser wants to replace a Personalized Ultima glassware product, we will replace the product with a non-personalized glassware product of equivalent or greater value.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred in mailing replacement glassware to the Purchaser. In the event that we determine that the warranty applies, we will ship replacement glassware within two weeks of receipt of a complete and approved claim.
AGREEMENT DURATION AND NOTICE OF CHANGE
The Ultima Warranty applies to Ultima glassware purchased on or after September 15, 2010. We do not provide any other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the glassware mentioned in this Agreement. Once Purchaser returns the broken glass's base and proof of purchase, and the claim is approved, we will send a replacement glass. we reserve the right to change the terms of the Ultima Warranty at any time without notice.
