Foghat Smoker (P/N 35703). If you're into craft cocktails, use our Foghat Smoker to add a blast of smoky flavor to your favorite food and beverages.
Start by placing the smoker on top of a glass filled with your favorite beverage. Next, add "fuel" (Red Wine Barrel wood chips) to the smoker. Cover with the mesh screen filter, torch the fuel with a high-quality culinary torch (required), and watch the deep, rich-flavored smoke billow into your glass.

Would not work
I got this for my husband for Christmas and it does not work at all. He has tried lighting the smoking wood, but it will not stay lit. On the rare occasion (like 1 in 15 tries) he can get them lit, the smoke will not "go down". Nothing happens. He will take the lid off and smoke comes pouring out. He has watched videos and read the directions so many times. I must have gotten a dud.

Thank you for your feedback. You will not get smoke to "go down" with a normal fire - these were designed to be used with high-quality torches, which will cause the smoke to billow out of the foghat into the glass. Please refer to the torch that's included in our Foghat complete set, or visit a cooking / kitchenware company (like Williams-Sonoma) for different cooking torches,

AWESOME!!
This is a fabulous gift! I got one for my husband and one for a friend - I should have bought 10!!! It is easy to use and works great! If you are looking for a unique gift….this is it!!!
