Replacement was easy to install and works great.

We ordered a replacement bottle clamp after the original clamping devise had broken. This replacement was a perfect match to the original in both design and fit. The only issue we had was that the attaching screw that had come with the replacement did not fit the bottle opener. This was remedied simply by using the original screw. Highly recommended fix for your broken wine opener.

After a long wait for this part; it was ordered and came quickly. It fits just like an OEM part, looks and functions perfectly.

I purchased this replacement clamp, and it works like a charm. However, I advise you to keep the broken clamp until your replacement arrives. The bolt and nut on the replacement was a different size and thread than the original unit. It is super easy to swap or change the new bolt and nut for the old. The old bolt and nut work perfectly with the new replacement clamp without a problem.

I've been waiting for two years for this replacement clamp to become available. It was out of production according to the Rogar Company, and when Rogar was acquired by IWA, I was told it it would be months and that our pewter color might not ever be available. While I am disappointed I never recieved the promised call when the clamp came in stock, we were thrilled that Rogar openers were the lead ad in a recent IWA email. We jumped on the order and received the clamp in a short few days. It took minuted to swap out the old and install the new part, and now our fabulous Rogar Champion Wine Opener works as good a new. Happy ending!

Customer service rep very nice and listened. Quickly checked into parts availability and set up notification to me so I would know when part available. I used it and part was delivered within a few days. I’m glad to know IWA has bought Rogar and are supporting its customers as this is the second clamp I’ve had to replace in the many years of using my Champion opener. It’s great except for the clamp material.
