Rogar Replacement Bottle Clamp Champion (P/N 34308). This set of genuine Rogar replacement parts is designed for Rogar Champion Openers (sold separately).
The flanged clamp is made from heavy-duty Zinc Alloy, and is sized to accommodate most wine bottle sizes. On the clamp, the vines motif and Pewter finish are designed to match Rogar's Pewter Champion Opener.

Good replacement part
I have been looking for a replacement clamp for one that broke for some time. This was not made for the brand of wine opener that I have, same style, but it worked fine. I just needed to get a metric bolt to replace the one on the clamp. Even match the style of the opener.

At last!
Been trying to get this part for 7 years! Everytime I contacted Rogar it was on back order. I'd given up and forgotten about it until the Rogar opener appeared while cleaning out the garage. Looked on line and there you were.
