CellarPro Large VS Duct HOOD Cold #16667 (P/N 16667. This duct hood is recommended for installations when the evaporator will be located in a conditioned environment, and is compatible with the following cooling units:

  • CellarPro 6200VSi / 6200VSx
  • CellarPro 8200VSi / 8200VSx

Each duct is designed to attach to insulated 10-inch ducting (not included) for cold air exhaust to, and return air from, the wine cellar, up to 100 equivalent feet (50 feet per opening) while providing access to controls and switches on the face of the cooling unit. The exhaust exits from the top, and the intake returns from the cold side.

Kit includes:

  • Cold-side intake and exhaust duct hoods
  • Bottle probe with 10-foot cord
  • Remote control display kit

Insulated 10-inch ducting is not included.

Important notes:

  • The high fan speed setting MUST be used anytime the cooling unit is ducted
  • The size of the ducting must not be reduced or restricted
  • Use of a custom duct hood will void the manufacturer's warranty

Please refer to the following resources before purchasing this kit:

  • This kit may only be used in conditioned, low humidity environments. Use our Low RH vs High RH Duct Kit Chart to determine whether this kit is appropriate for your installation. In some cases, the high-humidity duct hood may be required, and in some cases, the conditions are too extreme for any of our cold-side duct kits.
  • Use our ducting heat loss table and our duct correction table to correctly adjust the sizing of your cooling unit, because ducting will add to the thermal load of the cellar.
  • Refer to our Bottle Probe Operating Instructions to correctly set the cooling unit depending on how you're using the Bottle Probe

Custom FRONT duct HOOD for CellarPro 6200 / 8200 VS cooling units. With this kit, the cold air intake and exhaust each can be ducted up to 100 equivalent feet (50 feet per opening).

Not recommended for use in high humidity environments. Please use our high-humidity duct kit if the system will be used in a warm, moderate, unconditioned or high humidity environment.

  • Attaches easily to the front (intake) and top (exhaust) of 6200/8200 VS refrigeration systems
  • Provides access to cooling unit control panel and switches
  • Designed for easy hook-up to 10" ducting
