Replacement Parts Work on Vintner Opener Too
I have a 40 year old Vintner brand wine opener, which looks just like a Rogar. Fortunately it uses the same internal parts, because Vintner isn't around anymore. My Vintner "slug" broke, which disabled the opener. To make a long story short, for a Vintner, if either your plastic "slug" or plastic "worm guide" breaks, replace both, because the new Rogar parts are designed to fit and work together. The "dog" part in between them is metal. Mine seemed good, but if I had to do the repair over I'd replace the "dog" too. Anyhow, for $40 in parts and postage I rescued a $250-$300 wine opener. Rogar parts people were very friendly and forthright, cautioning that they couldn't guarantee the parts would work on a non-Rogar opener, but they did. They also told me about a Rogar repair video on You Tube. Between it and a couple of others you can navigate the repair, which otherwise would be somewhat tricky.

Easy repair for old estate wine opener
I needed to repair my 33 year old estate wine opener and had no problem finding the necessary parts here. They were delivered on time and very reasonable priced as opposed to buying a new opener. The video was easy to follow, the opener has been repaired and is working like new.

Great Customer Service
We loved the Roger opener received as a gift, so when it broke we were very disappointed. I contacted IWA and received a link to a repair video and replacement parts. Prompt service and reasonable cost, allowed us to have our opener back

The Perfect Solution
My corkscrew was given as a gift but it never worked so I put it aside as a useless ornament in my wine cellar. One day I took it out because I just knew that it should work. However, after numerous attempts it finally just broke. I researched the internet for a possible solution and discovered that IWA sold the replacement but I wasn't sure if it would work because was a different brand. I am a customer of IWA so I called the customer service department and learned that It would indeed work so I ordered it and had it in my hands within 2 days. What great service! Not only did it work but the replacement material is of much better quality. Thank you IWA!
