Great customer service

When I was unable to install the pads, I called IWA & the person directed me to where I could see a video on their website on how to do it. As I’m 90, & my hands/fingers aren’t as strong as years ago, I still couldn’t get them installed.
I live about 40 minutes away from IWA, so took the clamp & pads to IWA a couple days ago to ask for help. I walked into the wrong door which put me in their warehouse area, and a man came over to ask what I wanted. After explaining my problem to him, he directed me to the correct door going into their lobby, & said he’d have someone meet me there who could help. When I got to the lobby, the warehouse man was there, & a couple minutes later another man came in to help me. He said you really have to twist the pads back & forth quite a bit to make them easier to install, which is what he did. Two minutes later, the pads were installed, I thanked both of them, & left. Great customer service.

Clamp Installing

They are a bit difficult to install and would benefit the purchaser if you provided a hint as to which side should face out when installed.
Could have used instructions

More rubbery than I thought; the old ones seem to have hardened over time. A little difficult to install, and no instructions. I shoehorned it in with a putty knife. But once installed, it pretty much holds itself in place. I used a dab of rubber cement on the thin section for good measure.
An inexpensive way to make your Rogar like new!

I purchased a used Rogar corkscrew and the clamp pads had shifted and become brittle, making keeping the bottle from twisting challenging. These replacement pads fit perfectly and made the clamps as good as new!
