Is this decanter dishwasher safe?

A: Yes. The Ultima Preste Decanter is made from lead-free glass and is dishwasher safe, so it can handle regular use without special hand-washing routines. The laser etching is permanent and will not fade or wear off through normal cleaning.

How much wine does the Ultima Preste Decanter hold — can it fit a full bottle?

A: The decanter holds 33.8 ounces, which is just under a standard 750ml (25.4 oz) bottle. A full bottle fits comfortably, with room to spare for aeration. The wide, bell-shaped base exposes the wine to plenty of air as it breathes.

What personalization options are available and how many letters can I put on it?

A: There are five design layouts to choose from: Circle (1 letter, Script font), Rule (2 letters, Deco font), Box (2 letters, Classic font), Monogram (3 letters, Modern font) and All Caps (1, 2 or 3 letters, Deco font). The etching is laser-applied directly to the glass, so it reads as a frosted impression rather than a printed decal.

How long does it take to ship a personalized order?

A: Personalized orders typically require 1–2 weeks of processing time before they ship. Plan accordingly if this is intended as a gift for a specific occasion. Also note that because each piece is custom-made, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

What makes the Preste’s shape practical compared to a traditional decanter?

A: The Preste has a compact, linear footprint — 5½ inches wide by 5½ inches deep — that takes up significantly less table space than swan-neck or wide-shouldered decanters. The slanted neck creates a dripless pour, and the deep punt at the base gives you a secure, one-hand grip when pouring. At 9½ inches tall, it presents well without dominating the table.

Is this a good gift, and does it come in a gift box?

A: The personalization is included in the $57 price, making it a thoughtful, ready-to-give gift without added customization costs. The product page does not specify gift box packaging, so if presentation matters for your occasion, it’s worth adding a separate gift box or wrapping when ordering.
