IWA Laser Etched Acacia Cheese Board #36929
Details
A personalized board like this one is the kind of host or wedding gift that gets used, not stored. The paddle shape stretches nearly 23 inches, giving plenty of room for a proper charcuterie spread, and the rich, dark acacia wood looks considered on any table. The laser-etched personalization is included in the price, with seven design options and multiple fonts to tailor the look.
Best For
- Giving as a wedding, anniversary or housewarming gift when you want something the recipient will actually put out at a dinner party
- Hosting a wine night or gathering where you want to lay out a full spread of cheese, meats and accompaniments without things feeling crowded
- Keeping in your own kitchen between gatherings since the hanging hole lets it live on the wall as well
Features
- Six laser-etched design options: Arrow, Plus, Circle, Rule, Box, Monogram and All Caps. Font availability varies by design — Arrow and Plus are Classic font only, Circle uses Script, Rule and All Caps use Deco, Box uses Classic and Monogram uses Modern. Each design accommodates 1–3 initials depending on the layout chosen.
- Natural board variation: Because each board is hand-cut and finished individually, grain pattern, tone and exact dimensions will differ from board to board. No two are identical.
- Generous serving length: At nearly 23 inches long, there’s enough room for a full spread of cheese, charcuterie and accompaniments without crowding.
- Personalization is included in the price — not charged as a separate customization fee.
- Allow 2–3 weeks for processing before it ships. Worth noting if you’re ordering for a specific occasion or gifting date.
- Hanging hole in the handle for wall storage or display between uses.
- Food safe surface.

FAQs
What personalization designs are available, and do I get to choose the font?
A: There are seven design options: Arrow, Plus, Circle, Rule, Box, Monogram and All Caps. Font availability depends on the design you choose. Arrow and Plus are available in Classic font only; Circle uses Script font; Rule and All Caps use Deco font; Box uses Classic font; and Monogram uses Modern font. The Arrow and Plus designs also accommodate a year. For a 3-letter monogram, all three positions (left, center and right) are used; a single-letter option places one initial in the center.
How big is this board, and will it hold a full charcuterie spread?
A: The board measures 22¾" wide x 7¾" deep x ¾" thick and weighs 3 lbs. Its elongated paddle shape gives you a generous runway for cheeses, meats, crackers and accompaniments laid end to end — as shown in the product photos with multiple cheese wedges, cured meats, fruit and small bowls all fitting comfortably. The handle end includes a hole for hanging when the board is not in use.
Is the surface food safe?
A: Yes. The board is made from natural Acacia wood with a food-safe surface. Because each board is hand-cut and finished individually, the grain pattern, color and slight size variations are natural and expected — no two boards look exactly alike.
How long does personalization take before the board ships?
A: Allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment. If you are ordering this as a gift for a specific event, plan your order date accordingly to account for that production window plus transit time.
Does the price include the laser etching, or is personalization an add-on?
A: The laser-etched personalization is included in the purchase price — there is no separate engraving fee. The $55 price covers the board and your chosen custom design with initials or monogram.
What makes this board different from IWA’s previous Acacia cheese board?
A: This is IWA’s updated version, redesigned to be slimmer and sleeker than the prior model. It retains the same hand-cut Acacia wood construction and laser-etching personalization, but the refined paddle shape gives it a more streamlined look on a table or when displayed on a wall.
