A Necessity For Our Wine Cellar.
by Mary
This is our second of these openers. Our first was a different brand and not as sturdy as this one. We had the stand from the first one and this one fits the stand perfectly. The finish is very nice and looks great in our wine cellar.
Rogar Champion Opener

The wine opener arrived on time, as promised. It's finish is very refined compared to my old from 20 plus years old. I have just christened the model just a coupled of days ago. Worked as expected. The only thing I that surprised me was the bottle had to be moved after first attempt which was my experience with my old one, the bottle had a cork Other than that it is terrific, as expected.
Very disappointed

I need a wine bottle opener that's easy to use, as I have arthritic hands. Unfortunately the corkscrew on the pewter opener is so blunt it takes incredible strength to pierce the cork. The company kindly sent a new corkscrew, but unfortunately it is as blunt and unusable as the first.
This is our third one!

Love the pewter. Looks like our other ones. Not crazy about the color of the wooden handle. Has sort of a grey tint. Other than that we like it. Customer service outstanding.
Nice quality

Never let a bottle go unopened!

We had our first one of these for 20 years. Only had to replace it when a super difficult cork caused an issue, which broke an internal part. It’s an interesting and conversation starter for your bar, but more than that - it wirks perfectly, each and every time. Worth the extra money, over inferior openers.
