Perfect setting for 50 year old bottle.
Ordering was very easy. The box arrived on schedule and was very professionally done. The number and names were accurately printed. It was for our 50th anniversary and we had saved a bottle of wine from the year we were married. Drank the wine at a special dinner, but now the bottle is displayed in the box along with a picture of us toasting our long and happy union.

Great gift idea.
Great item. The engraving was beautiful. I called customer service to verify the personalization setup before placing my order and they were very helpful and psersonable...a rarity in this day and age.

Customer Service Can Make or Break a Company...Kudo's to IWA's!
Kudo's to the customer service team.
I completed the engraving section and got a email from customer service showing how the crate would look with what I requested. They also provided a reocmmendation on a better way to set up the engraving. They were SPOT ON! I can't belvie they went the extra step to call contact me. They coudl have completed my order the way I requested it and I would never had been the wiser.
An employee that goes the extra mile, is a direct relfectoin an a compnaies bottom line. Well done! Thanks for hiring the right people. :-)
