Wine Glass Writers are designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass and glazed ceramic. They can be used on wine glasses, jars, mirrors, glazed plates and similar surfaces, but should not be used on porous materials such as plastics and acrylics, unfinished wood, slate or unglazed ceramic.
Once applied to a clean, dry surface and allowed to dry, the ink is designed to remain in place during normal handling. Avoid writing on a wet or damp surface, which can prevent the marker from adhering properly.
Wash the marked surface with warm, lightly soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. The ink is designed to come off glass and glazed ceramic without leaving a permanent mark.
