It works fine I was a little surprised at how light it was. You have to put it in the freezer for a few hours before using it. The directions never said if you can always just leave it in the freezer so it is always ready or if that would damage the unit. I plan to leave it in so it is always ready and hope that does not damage it.

The removable liner makes this chiller especially convenient. I chill my bottles first for a better taste experience.

Chill wine instantly, not totally accurately. Followed directions w/o missing a step and wine was not chilled enough. Now using the chiller to maintain the temps for our 'cold' bottles.
