Poor initially but great follow-up
Only one issue, I initially paid for the item then called 7 days later to see if I could get a tracking number. When I called about it a real nice gentleman looked up my account and realized that no one had completed the process, so he made sure it was shipped and I had 4 days later.

Wrong bolt?
Ordered Estate bottle clamp to replace broken one on a Rogar Estate opener that we have had several years. Color does not match the original and the attachment bolt with the new one was threaded differently than the old one and would not screw in without risk of stripping the threads. Fortunately, we still had the original bolt, which allowed us to attach the new clamp and handle. We have enjoyed the use of this opener for years but a little disappointed with the issues with the replacement part.

Mystery Solved
Our twenty plus year old wine opener suddenly started pushing the cork into the bottle instead of removing it. I replaced the corkscrew and guide but it still didn't work. Then I noticed that one of the rubber grip pads inside the bottle clamp was missing. When the bottle was clamped it was off center causing the screw to be right between the cork and the neck of the bottle. Replacing the entire clamp fixed it.

great product
We broke the handle on this wine opener and ordered a new one. The service was very quick, and we received it in about a week. This is a great product and very easy to open wine, plus you can put the cork back in the bottle very easy as well. The handle could be a little stronger as it is the second one, we broke. Just don't squeeze to much!!!

Back in business
Old unit finally broke in half after years of use. Ordered replacement part, arrived quickly. Installed easily, however new bolt was not compatible. Saved old bolt and nut and it worked like a charm. Back in business.
