The quality of the glasses are great. Unfortunately, the etching is very faint and hard to see. When I brought this to the attention of IWA, their immediate response was too bad, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. Period. Regardless of the quality of work. They finally acquiesced and seemed to consider my concerns but utl9mately, my opinion of their work did not matter.

My son loved this set!! He is serious about his bourbon tasting! The engraving was perfect! Very good quality! I must add I am very happy that this company uses 100% biodegradable packaging!!!!! Thank you! I will definitely spread the word, and shop this site again.

I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift. I ordered in early November and they arrived before Thanksgiving. I chose to have them monogrammed. Everything arrived well packaged against breakage and I love the final result. I'm sure my husband will too!
