Top Quality
I bought these wine glasses for a client who has a wine room and is a big wine enthusiast. The quality of the wine glasses and etching are top quality! I can't wait to gift them to her.

Broken glass
Wine glasses looked just as ordered, very nice looking.
I rinsed off 6 of the glasses with room temperature water to make them ready to use. Unfortunately, one cracked from top to bottom I was drying them off with a soft cloth; poor quality!

We're really sorry that your glass broke right out of the box - sometimes glasses have flaws - please contact us at info@iwawine.com and we will be glad to replace the glass an no cost to you. One tip that you may already know: when handling stemmed glasses during washing and drying, always hold the glass by the bowl, not the stem, to avoid putting pressure on the joint where the stem meets the bowl.

Both the white glasses and the red glasses were just what I have been looking for. All of my friends that have been lucky enough to enjoy them have been really impressed. Will not shop any where else for wine products. Spoke to Brian several times and he could not have been more helpful.
