Product failed to remove light coating of scale on fine Riedel wine glasses.

This product really works and without scratching crystal if used correctly. While not recommended or advertised, I have used it with success on hard water build up on shower glass & tile!
Did not clear my dull foggy new glassware

I ordered this on the advice from Vietri. My brand new green glassware, after one use, was cloudy. I received this and after paying for shipping too felt it ended up being very pricey and did not work on my glassware. I was extremely disappointed as I loved my new green glassware.
