IWA Exclusive! Laser Etched Marble Wine Chiller Dark Gray (P/N 7280). Marble is a naturally cool surface for keeping liquids chilled. Place the chiller in the freezer an hour before you're ready to serve, and it will keep your bottle perfectly chilled when you're ready to serve.
These chillers make a beautiful statement when laser etched with your choice of picture, text and fill color. The area of personalization is 3 x 3 inches, and all characters will be the same size to maximize the area of personalization. Line 1 text typically includes a family name, monogram or single letter, and line 2 text typically include a year. Either line can be left blank.

This was my first time shopping with IWA. I usually purchase from Wine Enthusiast or Napa Style. I would like to say I was very happy with your customer service regarding [my order]. I did not receive one of the personalized items that I had ordered. I called twice and it was handled. I needed the item by Dec 17th to take home for a Christmas gift. You made that happen. It came in the mail today! I will definitely shop IWA in the future. Thanks for your great customer service!

Wine Chillers
I ordered 3 of the wine chillers. They were delivered in a timely manner, however all 3 items were done incorrectly. I had a separate family name put on each chiller. When delivered they had all 3 families names on each of the 3 chillers!
However, a quick email/phone call and I was taken care of efficiently by a costumer service representative! All I had to do was forward a picture of the mistake and within 10 days I had 3 new chillers all done correctly!
I would recommend this company because they took care of their problem and took care of me!
