This is all we use to preserve our wines. We have been using it for years, and we wouldn't change it. It lasts a long time. The shipping is quick as well!

My wife pairs with food
My wife and I enjoy one glass of good wine (half-bottle total) with each evening meal. Open half-bottles tend to drift from night to night. Private Preserve solved that problem. It is easy to use and maintains consistency over 2 to 3 days.

As a wine maker I know the only way to really preserve a wine is to prevent oxygen exposure. Private Preserve is an excellent method of preserving a partial bottle.
