Wine Lovers Chocolate Collection #6654
Our collection contains six 3.5 oz. tins-one tin each for Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, and Port. Makes a great gift for wine and chocolate lovers alike.
Due to its sensitivity to heat, this item is offered as a seasonal item from September through March.
Chocolate Care Instructions
Chocolate is a perishable product, and should be handled immediately upon delivery. It is best stored at cool room temperatures (60-70F); and should be well wrapped to keep out moisture. Chocolate does not require refrigeration. In fact, refrigeration may change the appearance of your chocolate, specifically, the condensation that forms when it is taken from the refrigerator will cause sugar bloom on the chocolate's surface. "Bloom" is cocoa butter from within the chocolate that rises to the surface when the chocolate is exposed to warm temperatures and then cooled. While unappetizing to look at, it is completely safe. Chocolate is also susceptible to absorbing the scents from highly aromatic foods, so be careful to store your chocolate appropriately.

Wine pairing for the chocolate lover
Whether you gift them together for the wine and chocolate lovers or pair each tin with a bottle of that kind of wine, these are a delicious and decadant gift
Amazing how well the chocolate pairs with each recommended wine!
Chocolate collection is a great complement to wine
We were skeptical that different chocolates would complement different wines. Being chocolate lovers, we figured we couldn't go wrong either way by giving it a try. We really did enjoy the various chocolates recommended for the various wines.
