This is b.s.!
I ordered a Cellarpro 1800 something-something but didn't get the drainline kit. To my shock and horror it is basically impossible to retrofit it without tapping threads into thin sheet metal. Customer service said when I called that they do it before shipping if you also order the $75 drain line. Why don't they tap the threads automatically? Why this nightmare of tapping threads into a nearly $2,000 wine cooler? This is outrageous. I'd say I (or we, if you keep reading) got screwed, but to be screwed we'd need threads, and to have threads, we have to order the $100 retrofit thread-tapping kit. F- Cellarpro, solid F-!

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration, and we are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. The reason why we don't automatically thread the opening nor include the drain line is that the vast majority of customers do not need the drain line, and we didn't want to transfer the unnecessary cost from the minority to the majority of customers.

Rip off!!!!!
I was extremely disappointed with this product. It should have come with the cooling unit and at $100 is overpriced by $90. The fit required you to drill to make the condensation hole larger even though the purpose of the original hole was only for condensation. Tubing did not come with any clips to ensure that the line traps properly. To charge almost 10 percent of the cooling unit price for a short tube of plastic is an enormous rip off. Shame on the company!
