Nice novelty gift
Not quite the quality as expected. It works like a mood ring. When we held the band tighter on the bottle it worked well as far as telling the temp.

Customer service, which is important to me, was professional. The rep spent time with me, answered all questions clearly, had a great tone and made me feel like I was a valued long-time customer, even though this was my first order. I will order from IWA again!

It works!
I was hoping for an easy way to check wine temperatures with an inexpensive gadget and this is the one. You find out what you want to know and don't have to agree to the recommended temps to have wine the way you want it. Bought a few more to give as gifts and expect them to be well received.
