ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED

For traditional wood rack products, we recommend that a qualified trim carpenter assemble the product using a trim nail gun; often referred to as a pin nailer. Apply nails through spacer bars at each ladder. Some of our racking products include top and bottom rails for greater stability. For these products, nails also should be applied through top and bottom rails. We do not recommend use of a traditional hammer and supplied nails because wood splitting is likely. Properly assembled racks become more rigid as wine is added, and by securing racking to the wall.
