Rogar Replacement Worm / Auger / Slug #34305
Please note: many companies offer knockoffs products that look very similar to genuine Rogar products, and some even use our "Estate" brand name. To repair a non-Rogar opener, the best option is to contact the original merchant from whom you purchased your opener. If you try to use Rogar replacement parts to repair your non-Rogar opener, we cannot guarantee that our part(s) will work.

Good product--lousy instructions
by Hank -
The product was fine. The instructions for installation were useless. They might as well have been written in Sanskrit. Usually when I have this problem I go to a video on the web and follow the instructions from someone who has done it before. However, there was nothing useful there because installing this part requires so many other parts to be disassembled and there are no instructions on how to put it all back together. I finally had to figure it out myself which took about 3 hours and 200+ swear words, including a few new ones I learned from the web videos.
Rogar Worm / Auger / Slug
My friend was going to toss her estate wine opener because the plastic around the auger broke. Being the "tear it apart" person I was so lucky the have found Iwawine.com on line. Quickly found part we needed ordered and within in days she's ready to start popping her corks again! Thank you and will be contacting you again.
Managed to get Genuine Rogar parts to work in a knock off opener
My opener seemed to be a knock off and the replacement worm was just a bit different and would not go into the drive slug. However, with some minor modification, I managed to get the auger installed and now the opener works just fine. Wish I had purchased a genuine Rogar in the first place.
Love my Opener

Replacement part and customer service exceeded my expectations I love my opener
Different than original corkscrew.

The worm included with the auger is different than the original, much thicker. Original was more of a corkscrew design. Pushed the cork back into the bottle on our first attempt. I've taken the mechanism apart and attempted to refit to make it work. Fingers crossed. No directions included with purchase but the mechanism is a simple design, not sure why it did not work. Our vintner is about 25 years old. loved it, opened many bottles flawlessly until the corkscrew broke.
Not just Rogar
Good product, fast shipping
Fit into other brand opener
Replacement worm works great. Easier to install than I predicted. I did find an installation video online which helped. Very pleased with replacement part and the Rogar Estate wine bottle opener. Had it for several years. What a nice addition to my bar!
The part is great. The directions for installation are not quite great.
The part works perfectly but the directions that come with the part could be improved.
Repair made easy.

Replacement part arrived promptly; fit perfectly and even had directions for installation; making the job easy. I have now used the opener several times and it works like new.
great replacement! Fits nicely in place, love being able to use again!
We're glad it worked. Nice install instructions included.

Purchased to replace guide slug that split in two causing auger not to line up correctly for cork removal. The unit I the family was gifted is a Reserve Vintners & I could not locate specific parts for that unit. After a few YouTube videos, I decided to go with this unit. Order came quickly & I was able to replace parts in no time. Up and running. Will buy an additional set for backup.
Works but required modification in my older corkscrew.

Different size than my 40 year old version of the corkscrew. That one had a slightly narrower and shorter worm. Works pretty well after making adjustments to the slide that it fits into. I had to drill out the hole at the bottom of the slide at the end of the crank to a larger diameter. The length is a little problem in that it won’t totally get the cork out and so I have to yank on the bottle downward to pull it out.
As the only choice I found, it let me keep my nostalgic corkscrew.
Iwawine made my repair job extremely easy. All repaired and back to work uncorking those bottles. Thank you!!

perfect fit. My corkscrew is as good as new.
Should have fixed it sooner
Worked perfectly on a 28 year old machine. Didn’t even realize how hard it was getting to open bottle until it broke. Now smooth as glass

I really only needed the rubber part but now I have an extra auger as well.

Quick shipping. The correct part, but I knew this, I’ve repaired my opener years ago. Still glad I could get replacement parts, because we love our wine opener.

Great replacement par, great quality and reasonably priced too.

I bought this replacement in hopes it would fit my old opener that had failed, but if not as a replacement for the one I had recently purchased from IWA. But indeed it fit the old one perfectly, so I now have two of these very nice wine bottle openers.
I think I am good for my life time now.
Perfect direct replacement for the original part. Far better than spending $130 for a whole new opener.
Simple, friendly, effective
It was so simple to get this replacement part. The people at IWA knew exactly what was needed, and I had the part within a couple of days. There is even a video online showing how to replace the part. So much easier than having to send the whole unit to the manufacturer for repairs.
