Beautiful glasses, but too delicate for anything but occasional usage
Beautiful glasses that are great special occasion glasses, but way too delicate for everyday usage. Have broken four of the performance series glasses, two of them broke in my hand while hand washing with the stem puncturing the palm of my hand on one instance. Broke another one this evening while enjoying a glass of wine on my patio, heard a slight "tink" when I picked up the glass and noticed a crack from the rim straight down.

5 Gold Stars may not be enough!!! The Perfect Glass.
We have been purchasing Reidel's since 1989. We purchased three new pairs of glasses, different makers, and this has been the best, all around, red wine glass. We typically, will set three different glasses to test a new wine, two if it's from deep in our wine cellar.
