Great item. Saw them in a very nice Italian restaurant and couldn't wait to get myself one and some for friends as well. The one in the restaurant didn't have the corks which are very helpful.

I’ve had one for a few years, I love it - but when I hand wash it, it never seems to dry inside. Any tips for cleaning?

Thank you for your review. To remove moisture inside the Cruet, we've found that the drying cycle of the dishwasher works great, and so does a blow dryer. You don't necessarily need to get the hot air inside the Cruet; if you heat the outside of the glass, it will accelerate the drying process inside the glass.
