what you see is absolutely what you get: lovely

these glasses were everything I'd hoped for and more, esp. since I am giving them as a gift. the etching is truly lovely and it's clear they are actually individually made because the glasses are not perfect--there are slight differences in the thickness of the glass. there were 2 glasses with small imperfections and they immediately sent me new ones, along with a prepaid return sticker. I'm happy with the quality of the glasses, the customer support, and with the price of the glasses. I would definitely recommend IWA to friends and family.

I have already used the wine glasses; now, I am looking forward to sipping champagne in this elite fantastic glass. The etching establishes the mood: a mood of relaxed elegance. It’s so wonderful to celebrate an event with a glass that is worthy of the champagne, moment and, friends and family.
I purchased red and white wine glasses as well (two sets). I am extremely satisfied.
Everything arrived in perfect condition, as ordered, and in the timeframe stated. I also like the fact that the glasses are not fragile and will probably be chip resistant as advertised.
