Milk Chocolate Fondue (P/N 35656). Imported from France. Aux Anysetiers du Roy are the creators of ready to eat melted chocolate. Once heated, the stoneware tumbler keeps the chocolate warm and smooth for up to 45 minutes.
Remove the lid and put in the microwave on low heat for 30 seconds 3 or 4 times, stirring each time. Don't microwave for 3 minutes straight, it will burn the chocolate.
If you don't finish the fondue, it may be kept and reheated several times until finished.
Chocolate Care Instructions
Chocolate is a perishable product, and should be handled immediately upon delivery. It is best stored at cool room temperatures (60-70F); and should be well wrapped to keep out moisture. Chocolate does not require refrigeration. In fact, refrigeration may change the appearance of your chocolate, specifically, the condensation that forms when it is taken from the refrigerator will cause sugar bloom on the chocolate's surface. "Bloom" is cocoa butter from within the chocolate that rises to the surface when the chocolate is exposed to warm temperatures and then cooled. While unappetizing to look at, it is completely safe. Chocolate is also susceptible to absorbing the scents from highly aromatic foods, so be careful to store your chocolate appropriately.
