The wood was finished with a rich walnut stain and a satin topcoat to protect the racking from the cellar's humidity. Texas heat requires a robust cooling solution. This cellar is powered by a CellarPro 4200VSi self-contained cooling unit, which is ducted and tucked away in the attic.
