My first order was incorrect. I ordered p;astic reusable tags with an erasable pen and received paper tags instead. When I called I was told that I would be shipped the correct reusable plastic tags along with the erasable pen, but my account would be charged until they received back the paper ones that THEY HAD INCORRECTLY SENT to us. I let that one go and received the plastic ones and a pen and returned the paper ones in a prepaid envelope thaey had provided.
Today I finally got around to using the plastic reusable tags and pen only to find out that the pen is not erasable, it is PERMANENT. Therefore, almost half of the plastic tags have been used and cannot be erased. I think I would like the tags if the pen was erasable, but I am frustrated that so far, rhis order has been filled incorrectly twice.

The reusable tags can be erased with rubbing alcohol. The manufacturer of these tags should disclose these instructions in their packaging!
