Elegant
This stopper is an elegant solution to the open top of my decanter. The flat bottom keeps it on the table, and it is easier to handle than I thought it would be.

Good customer service
I got the wrong size ball for my decanter, it slipped through the opening, and I was worried about returning it. I phoned IWA and an actual person answered, who was understanding of the issue. I ended up changing my order to the larger decanter ball which works great. It was so nice to have someone to talk to instead of an automated machine, or sending support request emails that are never answered. I’ve dealt with the latter at several other online companies, it is refreshing to work with people who care about customer service like IWA does.
