SHIPPING & HANDLING

UPS GROUND DELIVERY
For items shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous states, the cost of standard shipping, handling and insurance is shown in the chart above. Most in-stock items are shipped via UPS or USPS within 2 business days and will arrive in approximately 7 working days. Since UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box address, a street address must be provided.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS U.S.
Products shipped outside the 48 contiguous states (including AK, HI, PR and APO/FPO addresses) require additional shipping charges. Charges are for the product(s) ordered, plus shipping and handling only, and do not include any duties, taxes, and/or customs-related charges that may be due upon delivery.  Should you choose to refuse delivery of your order, your credit card will be refunded for the product only, less the costs of return shipping to IWA.

LARGE/OVERSIZED ITEMS
Large/oversized items, wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers or freight collect, and personalized items require additional delivery times. Because of size and/or weight, some items require an additional shipping surcharge. Shipping for large items will vary according to destination, and will be quoted within 24 hour after an order is placed. To inquire about the status of your order, email orders@iwawine.com.

WINE STORAGE & RACKING SYSTEMS
Most wine storage units and racking systems are built to order by the manufacturer and require additional delivery time. All wine storage units, racking systems and cooling units require pre-payment at the time of order. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on any cancellations after 10 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. We recommend that the customer carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.

UPS 2ND-DAY DELIVERY
UPS 2nd Day Delivery is available for an additional charge of $7.50 per item in the 48 contiguous United States. Orders received by 2pm CST Monday-Friday will process and ship same day. Orders received after 2pm CST will process and ship the following business day. Excludes wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped freight collect and/or directly from manufacturers, and personalized items. Items must be in stock at time of purchase.

UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY
UPS Next Day Delivery is available for an additional charge of $10 per item for the first three items (maximum additional charge of $30) per delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States. Orders received by 2pm CST Monday-Friday will process and ship same day. Orders received after 2pm CST will process and ship the following business day. Excludes wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers, and personalized items which require additional delivery times. Items must be in stock at time of purchase.
