30 Day Money-Back Guarantee & Returns

If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing materials, documentation, and instructions. Personalized, custom, food, plant, computer software items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. So that we may process your return more quickly, please notify us prior to returning any merchandise.

Discontinued Items

Occasionally, an item may be discontinued by IWA or the manufacturer. IWA does not guarantee that all orders can be fulfilled based on the quantity purchased. IWA reserves the right to partially fill or not fulfill orders that contain discontinued items. IWA will provide a full refund for any item that is not fulfilled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Warranties

Many of the products sold by IWA come with a Limited Warranty provided by the product manufacturer. While IWA will attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers. IWA MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICLULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. IWA shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any product sold by IWA. Your rights may vary from state to state. IWA encourages it’s customers to review any applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty prior to making a purchase.

Wine Storage & Racking Systems

Most wine storage units and racking systems are built to order by the manufacturer and require additional delivery time. All wine storage units, racking systems and cooling units require pre-payment at the time of order. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on any cancellations after 10 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. We recommend that the customer carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.
