Beautiful but a little odd-looking

by morvino
It certainly is a conversation piece, beautifully crafted and one to keep for a long time. Saber is a bit of a misnomer.. nothing "blade-y" about it. but it does the job very well. Nice heft.

A conversation piece, just by its looks and a mystery of "what it does" until you use it. made a nice gift - for a dad to give to his son to practice sabering Champagne without any sharp edges. (that's actually what we did!)

only issue is... trying to keep this free of finger-smudges. aside from that, all good.

Let the Sabrage begin!

"The wielder slides the saber along the body of the bottle to break the entire neck away, leaving only the base of the bottle, open and ready to pour."
What could be more simple, eh? Invite your craziest friends over, instruct each of them to bring a bottle of the cheapest sparkling wine they are willing to drink, and practice until you succeed!
