Beautiful Wood Custom Wine Cellar

Built in a unique architectural space, this compact wine cellar fills a semi-circular tower room with floor to ceiling racks of Sapele Mahogany, clear stained to bring out the beauty of the wood. The custom wine cellar includes a row of presentation shelves illuminated by LED feature lights, and horizontal slots to enable label forward display of bottles in traditional wood wine racks. A tasting table with square backing reveals the warm stone wall. Hovering near the door is a column of label forward metal racking.

Accenting the castle inspired room is a row of tall, narrow windows for a view into the wine cellar from the outer stairwell, following the curved wall and carefully sealed to keep the cellar chilled. An arched wooden door with glass top opens into the small cellar, matching the rest of the home's impressive interior.

The custom wine cellar is refrigerated by a fully ducted CellarPro 1800XTS unit that is controlled by a remotely located digital controller installed into the wall. As a result of ducting the cooling unit, the cellar is filled with racking, and noise levels are kept to a minimum.
