While the majority of our products are sold directly to consumers (approximately 65%), IWA also features a large wholesale division (approximately 35%) selling to restaurants, wineries, hotels, bars and wine & spirits stores via our expert sales team, catalogs and website. Our top vendors are Riedel, Spiegelau, Le Cache, Vinothèque, Transtherm and Metrokane.
Our call center consists of an inbound and outbound telemarketing and sales team, which includes both cellar and racking experts.
